The Housing Benefit (Earned Income Disregards) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026 - screening

This Statutory Rule makes amendments to Regulations 33 and 35 and Schedule 5 of The Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 to introduce five new earned income disregards for working-age claimants residing in Supported Housing or Temporary Accommodation and extend the sums to be disregarded when calculating the earnings of a person claiming housing benefit.
